Metering data (CPU cycles and bandwidth) can be accessed through the metering API. Doing so requires an access key, which you can generate in the Console.
To do so, first open Credentials in the menu on the left, and press the + button ("Add access key") near the top right corner of the page. Specify the intended usage, and select Metering from the Access key type dropdown menu.
Make note of the credentials; these credentials cannot be changed or retrieved after the dialog box has been closed.
